When I saw this room on Matchbook Magazine i was instantly drawn to it's radiating glow...
Bight. Happy. Fresh.
These are all things which i like my interiors to be. A lot of times this can be acheived by having ample lighting, ample natural light, and keeping your color palette light.
When Rebecca Taylor told the magazine "...it's a home, and not a gussied up show pony." I also thought that was great advice... I think a lot of homes when in the hands of a designer, end up looking WAY too decorated... For me This room is the perfect example of a designer-family collaboration. You can still tell that a family lives here, yet it has a dash of designer-refinement.

Example B: Flowers from the 'Garden' or 'Market' & a basket of wood for burning
Example C: A fun Cheetah Ottoman
Example D: Objects from their travels
BRIGHT. HAPPY. FRESH.
